These terms apply to the Cellhue add-on for Google Sheets ("Cellhue") provided by LEGAL_NAME ("we", "us"). By installing or using Cellhue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Cellhue.
1. The service
Cellhue adds formulas and a sidebar to Google Sheets that sum, count and average cells by fill color or font color. Cellhue runs inside Google Sheets and depends on Google's services, which we do not control.
2. Free and Pro
- The Free plan is free to use, with the limits described on the home page and in Help.
- Cellhue Pro is a paid upgrade with a one-time payment. After purchase you receive a license key. The key works for one Google account: the email address you use in Google Sheets.
- Do not share, resell or publish your license key.
3. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Polar, our payment processor. Polar's terms also apply to your purchase. REFUND_POLICY
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Cellhue to break the law, to break Google's terms, or to try to bypass the license check.
5. Your data
Your spreadsheets remain yours. How Cellhue handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
Cellhue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Check important results before you rely on them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Cellhue. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Cellhue in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may change Cellhue or these terms. If we change the terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. You can stop using Cellhue at any time by uninstalling it from Google Sheets.
